CARBON
Carbon fiber is a composite material, i.e. composed of several elements, in particular a carbon fiber (a sort of filament) drowned in resin, the two elements, united following complex processing, give life to a texture (a woven fabric) resistant and light.
The carbon fabric is a very light but rigid fabric (not very resistant to impacts) but it is possible to obtain products with high mechanical properties, resistance to bending, traction, compression.
It is therefore used where high resistance performance with less weight and volume is required.
• The maximum bending stiffness (carbon fabric) (200gr.) Square meter
• Maximum impact and tear resistance (Kevlar fabric)
• An excellent compromise (glass fabric)
The three types can be combined with each other to obtain intermediate structural results.
